We are Arc People Development Limited, indeed you may have heard of us already. We are a small, successful training and development consultancy based in the North West of England.

Our success has been achieved through establishing contacts with different organisations throughout the country to grow the business in terms of the client base as well as the range of development activities offered.

We don’t advertise - all of our work comes through recommendation and word of mouth. And because of that our business has steadily grown and developed since its inception in 1996.

The reasons for our success are three-fold:
